The love you all shared for him and that of friends and neighbor's is a tribute to you all for sharing his long journey with us. He is in a better place and the suffering is over. The Lord has him by the hand and he is no longer in pain. Greg's letter to him was so sad but beautiful. I am sure he is hurting as all of you are. Life goes on and Jacob's memory will always be with us all. Jake would want you to celebrate his short life with the memories of his time with you. God needed him. I believe Jacob made a difference in every life he touched. I think of your family often and my wish for you is that somehow, some way, the days become easier. His memory is definatley something to celebrate because was a very special person and he will never be forgotten.
