A Random Act

 On a recent visit to Border’s, I was setting up my laptop to do some writing.  Sitting at the end of the table was a young college student who appeared to be studying for a nursing degree.  Nurses are our unsung heroes in my book.  The care my son received from these incredible people made all the difference to our family.  As I got up to get myself a cappuccino, I asked this stranger if she would allow me to buy her a coffee as well.   The look of pleasant surprise was so wonderful.  I hope it made her day, I know it did mine.
