e-Book ~ Jacob’s Journey

We are happy to announce the launch of our long-awaited e-Book, entitled Jacob’s Journey.

It chronicles Jake’s experience in 2007 and the enormous outpouring of support from the community of his online “Warriors,” through the journal and guestbook entries posted on CaringBridge during Jake’s time in the hospital, as well as notes from his mom’s personal journal.

Our release date – October 23, 2009 marks a special day in our hearts as we remember Jake’s death exactly two years ago today.
